Registration Form

Classes are open for men and women of all ages. We accept children as young as 5 years. Please feel free to drop in and observe a class or just  talk to Grandmaster Kang. We do not believe in pressuring people into joining, but we do feel that there are many apsects to the martial arts that can enhance or improve your life. Test/Promotion Form

Promotion Test (Shim Sah): The promotion test ceremony was developed to bestow recognition to the student for their achievement. Purpose: To witness improvement and to verify the student’s ability to apply mental and physical strength into everyday challenges. Students receive official rank certification upon successful completion of the test.

Procedure: Students should attend the required number of classes and obtain confirmation stripes. One week before the test, they should complete the test form and pay test fee.

Attendance Requirements: In order to be promoted to the next belt level, each student must show proficiency in their required techniques and complete a minimum number of classes.
White - Yellow - Orange:       18 classes
Purple - Green:                       20 classes
Blue - Brown - Red:                24 classes
Red/Black - Dr Blue - Black: 30 classes
